How to cook smoked pork tenderloin?

I impulsively bought a piece of smoked pork tenderloin in Morrisons just after Christmas as it was reduced. As it was BB that day, I cut it in half and chucked it in the freezer.
I now have one half defrosted in the fridge but am having difficulty finding recipee for cooking it. Searches seem to be throwing up how to actually smoke the pork.
I found a Delia recipe where she seems to cook it like a roast ham, but as its such a small piece Im worried about it shrivelling to nothing and reluctant to put the oven on for such a small bit.
I was wondering if I could cut it into slices and fry them as a sort of escalope?
Thanks

Definitely - that's the best. Cut them quite thickly. I'd serve with a winter salad, wedge potatoes & sour cream or mayo.0

If it's smoked, it's already cooked It's a ham0

Gorgeous in a stir-fry! Sliced into thin sections and tossed in a wok with spring onions, kale, cabbage, beansprouts & red pepper, or any other veg you like, as long as they're chopped or sliced small to cook through quickly. Season with soy sauce & ginger & serve with noodles or rice. Smoked chicken also works really well in a stir-fry; you don't need very much so a single chicken breast will feed 4 people at least.Angie - GC Sept 25: £311.65/£450: 2025 Fashion on the Ration Challenge: 28/68: (Money's just a substitute for time & talent...)0

Thanks for the advice folks.
In the end I pan fried it whole, then while it was resting made a cream and mustard sauce in the pan (cream reduced to 10p in M&S yesterday ).
Served with mash ( with more of the cream in it ) carrots and braised red cabbage from the freezer.
Unfortunately I wasn't very taken with the pork. I thought it has a wierd artificial smoked taste to it. Whether that was because it had been in the freezer or simply because it really was an artificial smoked flavour I'm not sure. I found the texture unpleasant too. Strangely OH liked it, so at least I know I can feed him the remaining half at some point.
At least I didn't pay full price for it.0
