Meal Plans WB 28th November 2011
DH has been a saint, he has made a food menu for the next 4 weeks (so I can food budget) of things he can make which are simple (ie. SC stews and curries) just for him and DS to eat. So far he has stuck to the last weeks flimsy plan (Pizza and Spaghetti & Meatballs), making sure everything is defrosted and then making sure…

What do you have in your pantry?
We have converted part of our garage to bootroom/utilityroom and have included a floor to ceiling cupboard that is 175cm wide. We intend to use it to store spare/less frequently used kitchen items and as a pantry. Our house is a cottage with little internal storage so I am a bit overexcited at the possibilities of what to…

Non-branded (or cheaper) alcohol.
Hi All. i cant find a similar thread, but please point me in the right direction if there is one. I like a good tipple over Xmas, especially Baileys, but find it expensive! Online Shopping - Delivery Charges??
Hi Everyone, This week I'm making a conscious effort to meal plan, but I think it might be easier for me to buy the food online as when I'm in the shop I tend to go and buy all sorts. Is it cost effective for me to order online with the delivery charges or would it be cheaper for me to go into the shop myself? Thanks.:D

Molten middle lemon puds
Arrgh, some weeks ago I saw a thread on here about making molten middle lemon puds instead of choc, and someone had a wonderful trick of putting frozen orange curd in the mix. I thought 'I'll come back and look at that when I've got time' and now many weeks have passed, and now I have a bit of time I can't find it, tho…
