Recipe/Cookbook

Hello,
Does anyone know of or know where I can get a recipe book/cook book that caters for different diets, I have a lot of 'awkward' guests, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, intolerances etc etc to cater for and wondered if there was a book that included recipes for each diet (the main ones) rather than buying a lot of different books. Would also prefer to have an actual book rather than website as well.
Thanks

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. Sorry it's not a physical one, but I don't know of any that cater for all of that (except perhaps one by phil vickery, but I can't vouch for this as I don't own any)
Is the gluten free person coeliac? It's actually really quite difficult to cater for a gluten free person if you don't normally have a gluten free kitchen. Cross contamination is an absolute nightmare, and it's so easy to get sick from something. I have to use seperate utensils, pans, chopping boards, spreads etc.
Just thought it was something to be aware of - it may even be an idea to get the gluten free guest to bring their own food. I do this all of the time because it's so easy to get zapped by something innocent looking.Proud to be dealing with my debts :T

Ahhh, thanks, useful information Hawthorne! Certainly something I will find out about.
The book doesn't have to contain ALL diets, just a few would be a great start.0 -
I read lots and lots of blogs and would start there.
YOu can do a google search concentrating on blogs.
