Storing sauteed onions in kilner jars?
I sure hope this is possible! I've sauteed 7.5kg of onions in butter until their translucent. My freezer is already about to burst so I thought I could sterilise some kilner jars, pour some hot sauteed onions into the hot jars, place rubber ring in place and shut the jars. then keep the jars in the pantry.
