hi everyone, i'm hoping you can help me.
i found a great recipe for peppermint creams without the egg white on here. i want to make some for my sis who's pregnant. but i need to know if i can make them in advance. how long would they keep? i really have no idea.
as a mam of three energetic boys i don't have all that much time so doing thins in advance works well for me. means i can get it all done at night when boys are in bed. but we all need to sleep sometime! lol. hope someone can advise, thanks. xx:A

I would think they'd freeze OK. Place them on a lined baking tray, then when they are frozen gather them up in a bag or tub and store in the freezer.
Thanks for the recipe btw -i might try them for my dd who is allergic to raw egg:T0 -
