Grating chocolate.
I am trying to decorate a cake for my sons 3rd birthday. I need to grate chocolate to decorate. The chocolate shreds are supposed to be feathers. I tried to grate some dark chocolate and it just crumbled. Am I using the wrong chocolate or is there a special technique to it.

how do I use my new bit of beeswax?
I feel silly! I bought som beeswax to clean/spruce up my old wood (and maybe leather sofa if it can be used for that) and I don't know what to do It's just a hexagonal lump.
