Single cream question
Hi I have some single cream in the fridge which has Use by 13th feb. I was hoping to make Black Saturn's chocolate mousse, on the 13th to eat on the 14th, do you think it would be ok for this, or will it go off overnight when the mousse(s) are setting in the fridge or something? :confused: Thanks for any help

Is there anyway to stop dried fruit burning?
Whenever I may anything to go in the oven that contains dried fruit that is "exposed" during cooking eg on top of biscuits. They seem to burn.
