I've got half a tin of (Smartprice
) custard left over from last night.
My brain has gone numb with all this freezing fog and can only think of making some fruit jelly to have it with!
I've got no cream in and I don't particalarly want to make a hot pud (we had eve's pud with the other half of the tin last night)
Any ideas for a simple pud please?

Basic sponge cake, spread with some raspberry jam and sprinkle a little bit of coconut on top - just like we used to have in school. Add custard either hot or cold!0
