  • Are you using a different brand of yeast or flour? Different oven?
  • no all the same stuff as before, the new cooker wont be here for a few more weeks.

  • Hmmm, not sure what else to suggest. Sorry!
  • This happened to me and I just had to buy a new pan, which solved the problem but isn't particularly MS! :rotfl: I think the non-stick can go after lots of use, but a good greasing should solve the problem (though it didn't work for me either).

  • do you dishwash the pan? I just wipe my pans with a clean cloth
  • well one of them is a brand new or was about 2 months ago loaf tin, i do not have a dishwasher yet so hand washed though not after every use i do just wipe around with a clean cloth. I do not want to go and buy new tins again already

maybe i am doing it wrong as i am have to oil the pan so much to help it not stick that the bottom of the bread is coming out oily

i lightly oil the tin and leave the bread to rise under a cover of cling film or on its own then it is cooked, when it comes out i turn it straight out onto a cooling rack, is this right???
