Tins v Puree
For a pizza sauce, if you heat tinned tomatoes with herbs and such like, will it go thick enough to use as pizza sauce topping? Just thinking that it is cheaper than puree.

Cheddar Cheese
I've noticed they sell huge slabs in Costco, but have never bought any because we wouldn't eat that much. But now I'm going to make homemade pizzas, so my question is, per kg, is Costco cheese cheaper than Tesco Value Mild cheddar cheese or should I just buy the biggest available packs in Tesco?
