Seagrass baskets
Hi, I recently purchased a lovely seagrass laundry basket for the bathroom, but it has a very distinctive smell to it. Any ideas how I can get rid of the smell or be able to dampen it down a little? Thanks in advance.

Help!
The stew in slow cooker is cooked, so I added some Carrs sauce flour, it said on the packet to sprinkle it in. I did and now there are big lumps of flour stuck in the stew! I've just turned it on high to help dissolve it. What else can I do?

Slow cooker - Browning meat in pan
How long for? I'm planning on doing a beef stew. Can I use vegetable oil in the frying pan then put in the meat? Also when making up the stock does it have to be hot when added to slow cooker? Also, can you freeze rice pudding as I plan on making a load of that and won't be able to eat it all in one go!
