The stew in slow cooker is cooked, so I added some Carrs sauce flour, it said on the packet to sprinkle it in. I did and now there are big lumps of flour stuck in the stew! I've just turned it on high to help dissolve it. What else can I do?

I suppose you could pick out all the big bits of meat & veg and then whizz the gravy with all the smaller bits + lumps in a blender, then add them back in. It would be quite laborious though. I'd try leaving it for an hour or so first to see if the lumps disappear.0
