Old jar of Tahini paste - can I use it?
I've had a half used jar of tahini paste in my fridge for about a year. It looks and smells ok - but the label says consume within 1 month! Do you think it will be ok to use it?? I would probably make humous (as I don't know what else to use tahini for TBH!) so it won't be cooked. Thanks! NMS
