Can i freeze home made brownies?
I am making some batches of brownies, as i need to use up some weetabix and was wondering if i can freeze some. If so how do i do it? How long can they be frozen for and how long to thaw out etc? Also i know they say about brownies are best eaten the next day so would i freeze them the next day? Thanks

I really need some sleep, since return from holiday and jetlag, have not had a good nights sleep in two weeks, mostly nothing at all or just an hour, tis driving me nutty Might have to go to the good ol doctors tomorrow, if i dont sleep tonight, the more i dont sleep, the more i think I must which in turn keeps me up!
