Quiche recipe without eggs?

Does anyone have a recipe for quiche that doesn't contain eggs? I once saw one in magazine that used cottage cheese (I think!) but can't find it and am not sure on quantities etc.
Any help gratefully received!

I have a pastryless quiche recipe that i use cottage cheese in but it still requires egg to bind and set, I guess you could try that without eggs or just egg white if you are cutting out eggs for chlosterol reasons, isnt really a quiche but i have it as i am slimming.
Basically what I do is mix about half a large carton of cottage cheese with the eggs (could try omitting them, or just white as mentioned)
I then fry (in my case frylite), whatever filling i want ie bacon, leeks peppers or whatever, put that at the bottom of the dish pour the cottage cheese mixture on the top, and add some grated cheese and then bake in the oven untill set.

^^^ This is the quiche recipe I use. It makes one enormous 10" quiche, or you can do it like me and make two smaller ones.
The veggies can be replaced with whatever veggies you want. Silken tofu is sold in a longlife foil-lined box.
This recipe also calls for Nutritional Yeast Flakes - I've mentioned these on MSE before. They're used to give a 'cheesy' taste in recipes and must not be confused with Brewers Yeast. Sometimes if you ask for Nutritional Yeast in a health food shop, you'll be given Brewers Yeast (which is *not* the same thing) - the only brand I've found in the UK is Marigold Engevita. However, if you do eat cheese, you may be able to adapt this recipe to use that instead.Sealed Pot Challenge 5 - #1742 :j0
