How many things can you do with potatoes.
I have about 1/4 bag left from a 25kg bag of potatoes which are starting to go soft, i'll be darned to throw them so needs some ideas please to use them up quickly. I will make a batch of leek & pot soup and a couple of meat & pot pies which will all freeze but other than that i,m stuck. Thanks in advance.

Quick gel alternative for fruit flan
