I made some shortcrust pastry on saturday, but it is still in my fridge wrapped in clingfilm. Will it still be OK to use or should I throw it out for the birds?? Thanks

Should be fine, pastry can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

yes it freezes well ... but remember to give it plenty of time to thaw when you want to use it. bearing that in mind, it's best frozen in a flattish slab rather than a cube-like block0
