Coconut rice pudding in the SC
Just wanted to say that I made coconut rice pudding in the SC tonight and it was completely and utterly fab. I served it with a few slices of tinned mango nad the smallest scoop of ice cream. Yum yum. All I did was replace some of the milk used with a tin of cocunut milk and added :p some coconut as well. Smells lovely…

What to do with the wrong yeast?
I seem to have bought the little tin of yeast that says not suitable for breadmakers, when I thought I had read it and thought it was fine :o :rolleyes: So, what do you do with an opened can of yeast when you have a breadmaker and no time to make bread the proper way? Jo xx

Meatballs (and sauces)
I'm going to attempt to make some meatballs in a bit. Do I have to pre cook the mince? Our mince for some reason is very fatty and we have to drain it off as we cook it.
