Could somebody tell me if you can freeze panini rolls, they have todays use by date on, but they do not say anything about freezing.

Most bread rolls freeze just fine, though the crust tends to soften as you defrost. Froze panini rolls myself recently and they were fine. I let them defrost before putting the filling in and baking in the oven for a short while. They were delicious as I had filled them with bacon, mushrooms, cheese and cherry tomatoes. Hmm feeling quite hungry now!0
