Hi All need help on a longstanding 207 issue which has been plaguing me for a year. Model is 207 DIESEL HATCHBACK 1.4 HDi S 5dr [AC] 2008 and started losing power and displaying anti-pollution fault and low oil pressure warning on display. Paintless dent repairs
Are these types of repair any good, some inconsiderate driver has opened their car door onto my car and left a very small dint thats only visible is certain lights but no damage to the paint like on my previous car. I know where and when it was done but obviously can't prove it as I didnt actually see the driver do it. As…

Toyota Yaris rear view camera - views?
I have just bought a Toyota Yaris with a rear view camera. It's early days, but I'm not sure that I trust it and wonder if I would rather have my parking "beeper" that I had fitted to my old Honda. What are the opinions of those of you that have these marvels of technology? How long did it take for you to get used to it?…

Should I be worried about buying a diesel with dpf?
I'm looking at getting a new diesel to replace my ageing car. I'm particularly keen on a 330d or saab ttid (2007-2009 years). With the budget I have i'd be looking at one which is around 100k miles which shouldn't be a lot for a diesel. Now both of these cars as with many diesels have a Diesel Particular Filter (DPF). I…

Buying car from a non local dealer
If I were to buy a car from a dealer that was quite a distance away and something goes wrong. Could I get said problem fixed at my local dealer. So if a problem does arise, should I be contacting the dealer I bought the car from and they then inform my local dealer. Or does it work differently?

Pot Holes & Claiming from the Council
Approximately 3 months ago I skimmed a pot hole with my alloys because there was a car coming in the other direction and I had no choice but to move over for them. The pot hole was probably a foot deep and approximately 18 feet long. My alloys split in 2 and I had to have the car lifted and taken to a local garage where…

Which Car Next?
So, I have a 2010 SEAT Leon FR (2.0 CR TDI) with 35k on the clock. I'm not looking forward to the upcoming £450 worth of cambelt + water pump fees, plus the £249 SEAT service. So - instead of spending £700, I was looking at what I might downgrade to before May (when I estimate I'll hit 40k). I guess my problem is I'm too…

I have a Vauxhall Corsa that will soon be approaching it's 2nd birthday. It will need it's 2nd Service. I am reluctant to pay this amount again, but as my car benefits from the Vauxhall 'lifetime…

Why do people drive erractically when it's wet?
Not sure if it's just my perception but it seems every time I drive home at the moment and it's raining that people are driving erratically. They seem to speed up rather than slow down (why?) and seem to have no problem in cutting other people up and pulling out of junctions before others, leaving no spare breaking…
