TFL Customer Charter Refund, can I use it to top up my Oyster
Prolly a simple 'no'. I have a £2 refund voucher for a delayed journey, but I use Oyster PAYG as does my wife whenever she rarely gets into London. Given that a paper ticket costs £4.60, what can I use this voucher for? I could end up paying an extra 60p to use this voucher on a journey.
