Cost of advance ticket at station versus online
I guess the byzantine complexity of our rail ticket system is something we have to get used to, but this experience was new to me. Today I looked online for the best price advance ticket for a journey next Monday. I checked on the official network rail tickets site, not just trainline.com. I found a train with an advance…

It is a 2003 Mondeo Zetec estate and was in fab condition with lowish mileage pre accident. We noticed that the bonnet and front grille will need replacing, and…

Ford Focus Radio (not code related)
Hello I wonder if someone might be able to assist at all? My radio stopped working after an ignition turn-on earlier today. I presumed it was a fuse, so gained access to the interior fuse box (located behind the glove box) and changed the fuse over (there were two listed as related to radio within the owners manual, so I…

jaguar xf smart key
Hi I have just bought a jaguar xf 2.7 d luxury 09. I have a smart key but the car will only unlock when using the fob. I thought key less entry was standard on this car or perhaps not for this model. I have changed the battery but this made no difference. Any advice would be appreciated.

I recently asked a garage to check the tracking when having two new tyres fitted via Black Circles. They quoted £30 to do the tracking. As I was leaving the car with them they offered to check it (implying for free) and phone me if it needed adjustment. Sure enough they phoned me stating the tracking was 4 degrees out and…
