jaguar xf smart key
Hi I have just bought a jaguar xf 2.7 d luxury 09. I have a smart key but the car will only unlock when using the fob. I thought key less entry was standard on this car or perhaps not for this model. I have changed the battery but this made no difference. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you looked in the manual to see if it needs to be enabled or set up again?
Or maybe call the dealer up and ask. If you quote the VIN they should be able to pull up the full spec it was built with and it might still be under warranty as they have 3 years.0
