My MOT will run out in april so I am going to get it tested sometime next week as I know it is going to fail. Does it matter where I get it tested as I know which garage I want the repairs done it but I don't think they do MOT tests.

I'm looking into buying a couple of new tyres and the car has the TPMS system on it. I know roughly how it works but just wanted to check what happens when they replace a tyre.
