buyacar rip offs

just brought a car from them gave my old car as part exchange,gave them all my details last october as they said car would be ready in 8 weeks it has took till now to get the car
loads of chasing them up over this time as well

i paid for car up front went to the dealer were they told me to go to collect car asked if he would be checking car for buyacar he said he would he never said my old car had any problems then today i get very aggressive email saying the car ive gave them needs new pannels to sides and bird droppings in car at front have smeared front a bit and all this will take 5 sprays to complete and they want 800 quid now as they say car is worth than less stated why didnt the dealer who they asked to check car even say a word i was at his place 2 hours waiting for my car to be ready
this guys are a con AND JOKE i advise paying little more anything better than these

any guys suggest if i have to pay this 800 quid or wot should i do

Calm down and explain it slowly.

But did anyone at any stage inspect your car (trade-in) to give you a price? If not then it can only be expected that they will pick up on any dings etc when you take it in.

Benny7, please re-write your original post using sentences and proper punctuation. Were any contracts signed by you at all, or was this all agreed verbally? Have you actually taken delivery of your new car? I think the dealer may have trouble claiming any money from you, as they should have checked your old car over thoroughly before accepting it in part exchange for the new car.

buyacar are brokers and of course the car comes from the dealer. is the part ex going to the dealer or to buyacar? because if it was going to the dealer then they should of checked first. as they will sell it on as a trade in. if buyacar is taking this car in then they have never seen it and i still think it's there own fault. They might have got the car in to buyacar hq realised it has more damage than what they visualised and now trying to ask for more money. all in all a deal has been done and you've paid and walked out. i see no return for money off you? let us all know how it goes.

i completed a form on buy acar website asking state of my car that was in october i thought it was in good condition nothing i saw wrong anywere then or now so put this on form at time
then
i took my old car to dealer to get my new car they checked car around and never said anything then next day get a email from buyacar saying loads things wrong with car when they got and checked and now asking for 800 quid
ive paid in full for new car and got it and as far as i was concerend they should or dealer checked my old car before i left with my new car
were do i stand or were do they stand as i think they should or dealer checked my car when handing over plus they are well adding to the list of faults in order to make extra 800
