What do they check for with Motorcycle MoT?
I have an old VeloSolex cyclemotor which is an unusual bicycle with a motor on the front wheel. It is a 1969 model. I cannpt see any reason it will fail an MoT but will it need a number plate light at rear? It was not made with one. Any ideas? Thanks.
