Best Place to get Exhaust replaced on Rover 400

Options
Hi,

I've looked around on the boards and the main site but can't find anything like the information I need. Would anyone be able to tell me or give me suggestions on the best places to get exhausts changed and how much I might be looking at to get a replacement exhaust for a 1999 Rover 400. The exhaust itself has separated at the back box, so I assume the whole thing needs to be done? Many thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer!

Cheers.

Local motor factor (or maybe Ebay) will sell you an exhaust for not very much money but changing it is a horrible job if you don’t have a ramp & tools so I’d tend to have a phone round from yellow pages

I'd make a conservative guess at £50 including parts labour and vat (but when you call around you'll probably hear anything from £150 to £40). A place near me does the job for less than £10 more than the exhaust itself would cost me to get and saves a whole lot of hassle.
