Which document is correct?
I have received two KFIs — one from my broker and the other from the bank. Those two documents are identical expect for legal fees — KFI paper from the broker says that I do NOT need to pay a valuation fee to the bank or a legal fee to my conveyancer. So, which one should I trust? Thanks a lot!
