They assess on a case-by-case basis, and state that they 'will usually decline an application where the applicant has a history of financial hardship' however they don't have a hard and fast rule, it depends on the rest of the case. no went straight into branch
she was very hopeful
she thinks it wont matter
but they have done the checks now and I am just worried to death - have started talking to brokers to try and get one lined up to start looking for another lender0 -
I would do - any adverse credit mortgage application really is a lottery going directly to a bank, but if the lady in the branch seems confident, fingers crossed.
Have you called to follow up on this? When was the application made/checks done? it was only Friday - she thinks Wednesday she would know - I have emailed offering a gurantoor if they do that kind of thing?
she was overly confident she said forget about the ccj - it might not show up which makes me worry that I didn't disclose it0
