Hi Does anyone know how to see changes when a one-off capital payment is made to fixed term mortgage. Yearly 10% is the maximum overpayment is allowed and the Mortage term is 25 years and Rate is fixed and stepped by 1% for the first 3 years (locking term) Any calculator that details information to this level ?
