has any1 had any troubles with them? we have been wait a fax from them for over a week now. the last time my sols phoned them they said they would send it within 48 hours! the 48 hour will be up the end of today. if the sols dont get it they will phone them again. is there anythink i can do to make them move quicker?

hi I have decreasing term assurance. I pay a certain amount each month which insured a small amount of depreciating mortgage (started at 36k) BUT included an investment element I need to surrender as need the cash.
