Cashing in or selling a PEP
I have a PEP purchased in 1990 from Bradford & Bingley. It is a UK Growth Series 2 PEP currently worth around £7k. I also have some cash ISAs. It doesnt seem to be performing all that well, what is the best way of liquidising it, if that is the best plan. Am I better off using the money from the ISAs?
