Hi All.
Just wondering what you all would recommmend for my situation which is:
-Deposit of 15K, Mortgage of 119K needed.
-30yrs old. Earn 30K per annum. No bad debts/ccj's etc. (Currently have 3K on an interest only credit card. Can pay this off, but holding onto the 3K in a savings account until really have to. Also have 6K on a loan which I can pay off and intend to do so this week).
-Looking at capped/fixed rates for 3-5 years. (please can someone give me examples of both)?
- Don't need to avoid upfront fees as have money to afford these IF it gets me a better deal in the long term.
Many thanks.

Most lenders offer both fixed rates and capped rates but to find the best rates you need the services of a whole of market mortgage broker.
