If your accounts are sufficient for a lenders income multiple then all the mortgage lenders will lend to you.
What figure do you want to remortgage for and what has been your net income for the past three years?

I want to re-mortgage for an extra 20K that will bring my borrrowing up to 75K, & my net income for the last 3 years is around 25k per year. Value of property is roughly about 98k.
Cheers;)0 -
most high street lenders will accept this providing that you dont have massive debt repayments.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
