Help! Confused about Endowment Claim

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me.
We were sold an Endowment Policy from Scottish Amicable (Now Prudential) in 1989 by Leeds Permanent Building Society, which also doesn't exist any more.
Do I contact the Prudential or whoever took over from the Leeds?
I know that we only have a very short time in which to claim, so would appreciate any answers asap, Many thanks,

Contact the Pru: you will probably find that they technically sold you the policy anyway.Trying to keep it simple...

File a formal complaint with both just in case. Once the Pru responds they will confirm responsibility and you can drop the second case. If time is tight you dont want to lose by default for the cost of a stamp.0
