Prudential (Scottish Amicable) - to cash in or not
I have placed this question before but I think in the wrong "thread" Not sure whether we were missold an endowment policy back in 1989 but have no documentation to hand to prove or disprove it. All I know is that it is not going to meet its projection figure. Two years ago through an inheritance have been able to pay off…

Why time bar is bull
I see no expert challenged the statement in my first thread - that "This time bar thing is bull". Any statute on limitations would start from when the "wrong" has stopped - true or false? e.g. The police can't say to shopkeeper (victim of protection racket), "Sorry sir - even though you are still paying, you signed the…

The policy is still being used as a repayment vehicle for the mortgage. However they also state that they will now identify whether I have incurred a financial loss as a result of their…

Serious Fraud Office & FSA: fraud concealment?
It is my belief that the wife and I were defrauded, along with hundreds, if not thousands, of others - directly by the top management of the building society. I contacted the Financial Services Authority and asked them if the analysis of fraud was correct. They would not answer - so I made official complaint for…
