Tracker Based on US Libor ??

I'm not due to remortgage for 6 months or so yet, but was just checking out the Charcoal online Mortgage Comparison service.
It came up with the Leeds & Holbeck US Libor, 10 year Tracker Mortgage as the best deal/mortgage for me.
Whats the US Libor ?
How stable is it ?
Any other information too please as I've never heard of it before
Thanks Guys ;)

    OK Thanks ;)
Looks like its a lot more risky and based on US interest rates staying lower than UK rates.
