Very basic advice needed please!
Don't laugh but I have a very basic question and would appreciate some advice! I currently have a very basic Samsung Galaxy Fame and pay the grand sum of £5 a month for all the calls, texts and data I need. I'm a very low user. My issue is that the handset is very small and I'd like to get a new one - have seen a Galaxy J3…

Multiple sims managed under a single account
Hi I currently have 8 sims (I pay for and manage all my family sims). I have to manage them all through separate log ins which is becoming a nightmare. I am willing to move all 8 of them to a new provider if I can find one that will allow me to manage them all through a single online account. I have found that Tesco allow…

Three new SIM only offers
Three recently started annual RPI increases and pushed 12 month contracts to 24 months. Prices were listed at around 10% more. Now it seems they have reversed the trend, or at least the “unlimited everything” SIM only contract is now back at £20/month on a 12 month basis. http://www.three.co.uk/Store/SIM/Plans_for_phones

Google "payforit"....
Has anyone else noticed that when you pay for an app using your mobile phone billing - it is not itemised (at least on Three it is not) - I just get a £3.95 (or whatever) addition to my bill - down as "payforit" .... Easy to let a rogue charge through. I realise that these are outside of Three - but surely - since I am…

P20 Pro smashed screen
I’ve smashed the screen on my Huawei p20 pro and I expected to get a new one for about £100 however it’s nearer the £250 mark as not many places seem to do it. Any recommendations of a phone to replace it spending less than I would on the screen without it being a huge downgrade from the p20 pro. I’m stuck in a contract…

Prepaid Data Sim for iPad
I've been using a pre-paid data sim (bought from Amazon on the Three network) which had 6GB and lasts 12 months. It's coming up to the end of it's validity, so I'm on the lookout for another deal. On O2's website they have a 12GB deal for £40 which lasts 12 months (or whenever the data is used up) but it says that it will…

Cancelling in the 14 day cooling off period (Vodafone sim only contract)
Hello I have recently joined Vodafone from EE but the 4G doesn't work well enough to meet my requirements, so I want to cancel in the 14 day cooling off period. Thing is I have already transferred my PAC code to port my old number to Vodafone and I have been advised by Vodafone (and EE) that this process is now locked and…

vodafone changing from PAYM to PAYG issues
