vodafone free calls

My wife is with Vodafone using a £5 bundle does she get free calls to other Vodafone users. Have tried their website but no real answers. Any advice?

Why do you think you get free Voda to Voda calls?

according to this it can happen on PAYG if you "spend a minimum of £5 of your TopUp during Monday to Friday. If you qualify you'll receive free calls to Vodafone mobiles and landlines":

But presumably not to a £5 bundle which seems to give you 150 minutes?

The usual arrangement is INCLUSIVE calls to UK landline numbers starting 01 and 02, non-geographic numbers starting 03, and UK mobile numbers starting 071 to 075 and 077 to 079.

Calls to numbers starting 080 and 116 are always free-to-caller.

Calls to numbers starting 084, 087, 09 and 118 are premium rate.
Calls to numbers starting 055, 056, 070 and 076 are non-inclusive and may be expensive. The situation with 070 numbers will change on 1 October 2019.
Calls to CI and IoM landline and mobile numbers are also not included.
