ID Mobile harasses me
Options
Hello
I left ID Mobile several weeks ago and back then they sent me a text message that they are sorry to see me go.
Now, weeks later, they just sent me a bill to pay for a period that is AFTER the text message that I am leaving and AFTER me porting my number to a different company.
How do I make them erase my details and stop harassing me given that I left them weeks ago?
They also charged me for a full month when in fact I left them after 2 weeks. How do I get my half money back?
thanks

Sending you a bill is hardly harassment, pay what you owe and move on0

When you gave them notice is it possible that you were in the next month's billing period and despite the fact you had left when you did you could still be liable for the money?
The day you left is not necessarily the day your contract ended.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -
-
You are both wrong:
1) there was an initial 30-day period that I could end the contract immediately
2) I used their sim for two weeks but they charged me for the whole month plus they sent me a bill chronologically AFTER and IN ADDITION to that whole month charge.0 -
Do they not charge for a whole month whether or not you use it for that whole period or are you saying you are able to only be charged for the times you used it?
How many months charges are they trying to bill you for?Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -

They have a 30-day return and refund period for online purchases. I purchased online the SIM and I cancelled earlier than 30 days.
Now they sent me a bill for the ten days after my confirm by their sms cancellation.0 -
Are you suggesting you can use the SIM for up to 30 days and return it for no charge?
Sorry if I am misunderstandingThings that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0 -

You obviously contravened their trading terms.0
