Hi,
I'm not very good with technology, I have a Sony Xeperia L1, when I switch on data outside, it doesn't work,
On my phone: mobile data > data usuage > 23.08 MB, underneath it says 2GB warning
I'm with Plusnet, I've no idea what's wrong

I'm hopeless with technology, in addition, I suffer with MH issues, what may appear simple, I struggle with, may I ask, please be patient, thank you

It will likely be your APN settings. Id suggest calling plusnet who can send the settings to your phone0
