Vodafone and Zinc Group
Hello there. Has anyone else had similar problems? I phoned up Vodafone in December 2016 to cancel my contract and ask for a settlement figure. Despite repeated requests for that figure, the call handler seemed reluctant to give me the actual figure to be able to cancel the contract. After over an hour of wrangling on the…

My EE Signal Booster has lost it's light. Think the booster itself possibly still works so would like to take it apart to attempt a repair. Usually quite good at this sort of thing but cannot work out how to split the plastic casing. Anyone advise me on this. Thanks

Virgin-----what a crazy system!!!!!
It seems that I made the mistake of recently accepting the new deal from Virgin, 10GB data + 5000mins. Was told that I'd receive a new SIM card, which duly arrived, but I decided not to install it for a few days. I then started getting nags from Virgin, so yesterday morning installed it, at about 11am/12pm. Although able…

3 SIMO RPI increase
Just had a text from 3 today saying they are going to be increasing my monthly fee for my SIMO contract by 2.5% starting from May's bill. Bit of an unwise thing for them to do seeing as I am only on a 30 day rolling contract. They obviously don't want to keep customers.
