Storing PAYG Sim login details
I'm looking for a new PAYG 3G Sim-only deal (for iPad). I currently use O2. It's only for very occasional usage so the pricing doesn't much matter. What does matter though, is how easy it is to buy access when I want it. My O2 account requires email address, password and credit card number each time. I can't find anyway of…

t mobile - overcharged
Hi folks - this is a strange one for me, glad of any suggestions. I phoned to renew a sim only deal with T mobile and was offered a decent deal on EE. Tempted by 4G I agreed. My final bill for T mobile arrived at over £1000. I had a 500 mb allowance, pro-rated for part of the month I should have had an allowance of 403mb…

Recommend me a phone!!
So I'm after a new phone, my mum has decided she needs my old one and I was thinking of upgrading anyway!! I currently have an iPhone 4s and have to say I really like it, there just isn't enough memory for my liking! I don't mind buying a phone outright and getting a sim only deal. I'd not want to spend any more than £300…

Does Voda prefer 2G??
I've recently changed to Vodafone from 3 (sim only) and I've noticed that my phone seems to be on 2G most of the time. I thought that there was mostly 2G only coverage but when I switch the phone to 3G only it finds 3G in locations that was 2G previously. Data on 2G seems to be 'E' but is very slow and sometimes even times…

Apple iPhone 6 Plus
I've recently bought an iPhone 6+ and I'm going to be travelling a lot in the near future so was wondering if anyone could recommend a good in-car charger for a decent price? On the Apple website they have some for around £20 but they're not Apple branded, just Apple approved, my problem is the reviews are very mixed…

Out of Contract change to Sim Only
My contract expired last year and i'm not bothered about upgrading to a new phone. I'm currently with vodaphone but to reduce my contract to sim only they want to tie me to them for another year. Is this the same for all providers? I'd prefer to have a month to month contract but they told me I couldn't do that.

Huawei repair centre uselessness; what to do next
I have a Huawei Ascend Mate phablet in the second year of it's two year warranty. It has developed a fault where I can't be heard by the other party during a phone call if I enable speaker phone; suggesting something along the lines of a hardware fault with a secondary microphone. I've now send the phone into Huawei for a…

With so many negatives about all providers, who is the best to actually go for?
I'm currently looking at who to move to (currently with Tesco) as I would quite like a new iPhone as mine is starting to show its age. I always do lots of research before giving money to any company but I am genuinely struggling. Pretty much every UK mobile provider scores shockingly bad on sites like trust pilot. Money…
