Three - Multiple contract
Hi, My Three contract is up for renewal and the button on my iPhone 4 has died so I would like a new handset. I'm not too bothered about an iPhone 5, but the contract price differences between 4s and 5 is so minimal if I'm going to tie myself in to a 24 month deal I'm thinking I'd probably prefer the newer option. My…

Vodafone PAYG trap
Hi Both my son and I got new Vodafone PAYG sims as there were connection issues with other providers. We both bought an initial £10 top up and wanted the £10 Freedom pack. So, i want to find out my options for getting better reception. I'm out of contract and on a giffgaff rolling tarrif. So far I know of:…

Galaxy S3 from mobilephonesdirect
My son is desperate for an S3. He never phones or texts but needs at least 500mb data. The weekly MSE email has that new little checker that says mobilephonesdirect would be cheapest but I'm a bit nervous about using them as the reviews seem a bit mixed. Any advice would be welcome.

Secure recycling?
I have collected up 6 mobiles for recycling. At least one or two would be worth reasonable cash. Problem is I don't have PINs for any of them to reset them to factory settings. Don't even remember which networks they were on. Any ideas on what I can do short of destroying and throwing them away?!

Stolen Galaxy S3
Hi All. I was on a night out in Newcastle with the lads back in August, got picked up by a taxi around midnight and my galaxy s3 fell out my pocket into the back seat of the taxi. I got out the car and realised, the driver turned round and drove past me as I tried to flag him down. He obviously realised I'd left something…
