Orange internet dongle's
Around April 2010 I signed up for a new internet dongle with Orange. It is a contract dongle rather than pay as you go. The only reason I got a dongle in the first place is because the village in Wales where I lived does not have broadband because it's too far from all the local exchanges etc and BT wont update us. So this…

Vodafone to Change Prices from 11 Oct 2011
I just received a text from Vodafone directing me to price changes from 11 October 2011. http://www.vodafone.co.uk/yourbill Somehow they think they are "simplifying" the price plans by adding an extra 1.8% to my monthly fee by rounding it up to the nearest 50p. Since I pay my bill electronically/automatically each month by…

Returning faulty phone still in warranty - Phones 4 U
Hello, I have a Blackberry Bold 8900 which I got through Phones 4 U last October. They also put me through to their dedicated Blackberry…

Moving my number from T-Mobile to T-Mobile!
To keep it short, ive just come out of a contract with t-mobile, and found a great t-mobile deal online for a handset I want, however t-mobile upgrades/retentions couldnt match the deal, so ive had to cancel and start a new contract via a 3rd party website. Ive got a very memorable number, will it be possible to "move" the…

T Mobile are billing me for shared usage for a number I do not recognise
I noticed this in April 2011 when I registered for on-line billing, and realised that they were billing me for a second number which I do not know. I looked back and saw this had been billed since April 2007, and the number had never been used. I called T-mobile customer services who said they would investigate and arrange…

Hi guys I spoke to Orange this morning regarding my latest phone bill. The amount was £500. This was innacurate based on my usage.
