Orange settling my bill: when?
Hi guys
I spoke to Orange this morning regarding my latest phone bill. The amount was £500. This was innacurate based on my usage. I spoke to the agent who informed me I'd have to pay £100, which I expected, Orange would pay the remaining £400. I paid the £100 whilst on the phone and was told I dont have to worry about the balance as Orange would pay this. I made him repeat this a few times
I have checked my balance and they have taken the £100 from my account but the remaining balance of £400 remains
My question is: when can I expect my remaining balance to be £0.00? I appreciate I only spoke to Orange this morning but I am eager to get this resolved so I have no remaining balance
