Stolen Iphone charges!
I lost my Iphone on Friday night, and as soon as I got home I called Orange's 24hr service to block it and report stolen. It had a pin code enabled so I was pretty sure nobody could use it to call anyway...or so I thought. I called Orange repeatedly for over an hour, without being able to speak to anybody, at all. (I…

Hi I am hoping someone can help. I have recently upgraded my phone with Tmobile. While in the Tmobile store I was told that I had been paying by accident for the blackberry add on for the past 18months at £5.00 a month (no blackberry ever with Tmobile). After the shock, I spoke with the manager of the store who was great…

blackberry newbie on orange - have a question
Do i really need the Blackberry add-on ? I tend to use a phone mostly for calling, texting, picking up emails, playing games and randomly checking one or two websites. I've got a 500mb data allowance as part of my Orange contract, so that tends to cover me for most of my surfing and emails, but I was just wondering if the…

I have a contract with vodafone but really dislike the phone. Since VAT is rising by 2.5% and my price plan will go up in price, can i terminate the contract now? Are o2 retentions rubbish these days?
18 months ago when I renewed my contract I spoke to o2 retentions and got £150 cashback for not getting a new phone, plus on Online 30 contract they gave me a £15 discount per month, reducing my bill to £15 a month for the 18 months. That, coupled with the £150 cashback meant that i only paid them £120 over the 18 months.…

Promised cashback not forthcoming - what can I do?
Hi all, Back in Sept I ordered and received a new mobile from a company that included a 'guaranteed cashback' payment of £155 when I sent in my first bill etc. This I duly did in October.
