Hi I am hoping someone can help. I have recently upgraded my phone with Tmobile. While in the Tmobile store I was told that I had been paying by accident for the blackberry add on for the past 18months at £5.00 a month (no blackberry ever with Tmobile). After the shock, I spoke with the manager of the store who was great and he agreed to reimburse me the money if Tmobile (whom I was on hold with) did not agree. After being kept on hold for 20minutes they agreed to reimburse me and said the money would come off my future bills. However, today I opened my bill and it had not been taken off. Having now spoken with Tmobile again they have said they have since decided not to reimburse me as I should have noticed it sooner and it was basically my problem! Any advice about what I should do, please?

In my experience, companies will generally only refund about 3 months worth of 'mistaken' payments.
Because it doesn't seem unreasonable to assume that you would have checked your bill or bank statement sometime over the last 18 months.
You might be able to persuade them to go back through 18months of records and see that you haven't used any Blackberry Services and then make a refund.
I'm sure you don't need me to say that you should always check your bill and bank statement every month. People make mistakes and you can't rely on them catching it.
