non direct debit charges by orange
I have a contract with orange but do not have a direct debit set up. I have 4 phones on the contract (family). I realised that I was being charged £2.95 per month per phone for a non direct debit charge. Having phoned Orange to complain that surely this is wrong because if I did have a direct debit set up it would only be…

Orange help & suggestions please
Hi I have been with Orange for about 10 years mostly using just their 2G network and using only about a tenth of my allocated 600 free monthly minutes. I have recently upgraded to the iphone4 and phoned Orange several times in the first week about not being able to connect to their 3G network. I was told that two local…

T-mobile appalling
it is virtually impossible (i have not yet succeeded) in going through 150 to speak to a human at the other end. the endless, pick 1 2 3 4 5 etc just goes on and when you think you may have succeeded, another sub set of options is parroted out at you. just awful.

Surely this is a mistake???
On Mobiles.co.uk they have a free Samsung Tocco Lite with a 24 month contract on orange, 300 mins any network/any time, unlimited texts + 500mb internet usage Here's the weird bit though, it's £25/mo but you get 23 months free via redemption, so it works out like £1.04/mo what's the catch :o

Cheapest option with free text
Currently I top up £5 every month on t-mobile, I don't call at all, just text and all my credit seems to run out before a month. Is there a cheaper more efficient option for me? Something that I can capitalise on like free texts.

CPW - O2 - Bad Credit Rating Equifax
This is something I have been battling with for a few years and just don't seem to be able to resolve with anyone - either CPW, O2 or even Equifax! I had a mobile phone contract in 2003 with CPW for an O2 mobile phone and line etc. When I changed to CPW own mobile at that time (can't remember the name but it had a cow as a…

Orange Charging After Contract Terminated
I'm not sure if this is normal, or legal, but it does make my blood boil ! I gave notice to terminate my contract with orange back in September as required so that my contract will be terminated 28th October 2010. Ok I did this correctly. (Although I now find out that because I did not request my PAC code at the same time,…

Orange let me down!
Dear Money Saving Experts, I recently started a 24-month contract with Orange (coming up to the 3rd month now), and despite a few days of outages (?!) I've been otherwise... content with their service. The 3G is slow but I don't think this is necessarily their fault. Now, because I knew I was likely to be making a large…

Contracts for £10-12 per month?
Hi. My wife and I have been with Orange for over 6/7 years now. A couple of years back my wife went PAYG but she now wants to go back to contract. She's asked me to do some research on the phone and to get a decent contract. She doesn't want to spend more than £12 per month and £15 would be the max. Ideally she's have 300…

why do we need SIM cards
a few yearsago i was holiday in Venezuela and they still use analogue mobiles and don't use sim cards.. when you buy a mobile you buy a type of contract with all the networks and during the day if you get poor service you just change networks on your phone. so these networks have to provide the best service or lose…

Any idea why Orange would decline my son?
I have a contract with Orange, which my son has been using for about 3 years. We wanted to transfer the account into his name. We have just been on the phone with Orange, and when they ran a credit check on him, it was a referred decision, and was ultimately declined. Any idea why? He is 20 years old He works part time and…

Best tariffs for my 2 teenagers?
Hi, I currently pay £20 a month with T-mobile on a sim-only monthly contract for both my teenagers. I've been really pleased with it as it's 'capped' so they can't run up whopping bills!! :rotfl: I've been looking round and for the same amount of minutes, text etc I could go with Tesco on their £10 sim-only contract (500…

I need to check my bill, but I'm having some trouble accessing my online account right now ) I'm on a £15 a month contract, and going…

Orange Bill
To cut a long story short, I recently went to Spain. Prior to going I spoke to Orange and told them I wanted to use my iPhone (Dolphin 35 tariff) abroad in the same way I do in the UK. I specified that I would want internet access and access to my emails. They sold me a EU bundle, which I think was £12 for 10MB. I though…

I bought myself out of an Iphone contract recently and assumed that the final amount is all that you pay. I've now been told that the bill sent for September is not included in this final payment. Is this correct?

Phone with GPS/Sat Nav
I'm a very light user and would probably stick with PAYG. However, I would like a phone with GPS capability on it. Can you recommend one - sub £100 - or a website where I can do a comparison? Thanks - Karen
