non direct debit charges by orange
I have a contract with orange but do not have a direct debit set up. I have 4 phones on the contract (family). I realised that I was being charged £2.95 per month per phone for a non direct debit charge. Having phoned Orange to complain that surely this is wrong because if I did have a direct debit set up it would only be for 1 direct debit and not 4. They informed me that this in terms and conditions, but we have never seen any of the terms in writing as Orange have never sent us any, as we always speak to them over the phone. I think it is wrong that we are being charged this every month, any ideas as to rectify this.
Many Thanks

It is in the T&C's, they've changed by the phone for years (sorry).0
